Admin question: New hire was added to Domo as "social" role, but not recognized as a user

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I am trying to update some new hires' DOMO access. Their director had invited them to see some cards. So, they now have profile's in DOMO. But, I get a "Failed to update user[...]User does not exist" error message if I try to upgrade their access to "participant" or above.


What should I do to make sure these4 hires have access to the cards they need? Delete and recreate their profiles?
