Struggling to create a card with two counts
Hi there,
I'm trying to create a card with a line graph that shows two columns in my dataset. I'm currently importing Zendesk data which is essentially a list/data table of support tickets. There's one column that shows the date/time a ticket was created and one that shows the date/time a ticket was solved.
I ideally want to plot a line graph that shows both the created and solved figures for each day. Dates along the X axis and number of tickets along the Y with two series (created and solved) as two lines.
Unfortunately, I can't figure out what to map to the X axis. I can create a graph showing only one series by doing a Count of the tickets created as both the X and Y axis, but I can't add the Count of the tickets solved because this is filtered to show only the tickets that were created.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated. In my mind, I just need a list of dates to map to the X axis, but I'm not sure if this is the right answer/how to go about it.
Thanks so much for your help in advance.
Best wishes,
Joe
