Why don't bars in a bar chart line up when they are the same value?

I'm building a dashboard comparing KPIs, and the numbers for each rep are pretty much the same for two or three of them. However, the bars are not lining up; they're each a little higher up than the last. It results in a gentle curve, which is nice when you are looking at larger datasets, but in the case of this particular table the dataset is pretty small so the bar height is very noticable.
