Refresh tokens Oauth Connector

Hello all. It appears there is not a setting to set up a refresh token url in the no-code oauth connector. The api server uses Microsoft b2c authentication (code grant type) with short lived access tokens, which is best practice to have a short lived access token in Oauth 2.0. Has anybody implemented refresh token flow in https://developer.domo.com/docs/custom-connectors/configure-authentication. Or is it a possibility?

I have built custom connectors (apps) in Zapier and Integromat. Both those platforms have the ability to add refresh token calls (so the user does not need to authenticate every time the access token expires ever 60 minutes)
