Response from API is a link to download CSV - How to handle it best?

Is there a better way to handle a response from an API that is a link to download a csv file? I know I can use httprequest.get('link to csv) but I get an error because the response size is more than 7mb.

If there is no other way, can someone help me with a sudo code of how I could use pagination to get the all the results I need?
