Multiple change value columns in a flex table

I have a flex table where I am hoping to be able to show both % Change from the last value as well as % Change from the first value in my data.

How can I do this? Having multiple change value columns just makes them duplicates... and there is nothing in the Change Value Options to adjust one column vs the other.
