ETL - GRoup By/SUMIF

I have a large data set and I need the SUM of certain values based on one reference field. A reference will appear on a number of rows throughout the dataset but I need one total per reference.

I've managed to get the total using the Group by tool but then I lose all my other columns - which I need to keep.

Is there any way to do a SUMIF type formula to get what I need? I'm thinking something similar to this in Excel:

=SUMIF(A:A,A1,B:B)
