How to view my "Following" queue, and monitor for broken cards

Hello,

I wold like to find a way to be alerted to broken cards.

I know that I can add cards to my "Following" queue, so that when someone reports an issue on a card I will be alerted. I would like to know more about how to manage/ view this queue (where do I find it, may I add all cards to it, etc).

I would also like to learn about any additional ways to be alerted to broken cards, rather than having to rely on them being reported. perhaps this would be possible with one of the governance data sets? All ideas welcome.
