Populating User Profile fields in bulk

Hi all,

Anyone know if its possible to update profile fields through bulk upload similar to adding/editing new users? I tried to just add the profile fields to the new user csv but that cause it to fail. I was adding in title, department, and reportsTo.

Hoping to find a way instead of having to manually complete it or rely on users to fill out their profiles.
