Workbench Service Account

Workbench requires a user account to connect to DOMO . Based on coporate policy, we have to change user passwords every couple months and have been having issues with Workbench caching the password. We have to recreate the account every time the password changes. It would be nice if we could setup a Workbench Service Account in DOMO that doesn't have to adhere to the user authentication guidlines and that we have to use a user account.

    Workbench 4 now uses a agent/token architecture. You now simply create a token when initially connect Workbench and your Domo instance. That token is managed separately from the users password.

    I was aware of that in Workbench 3. This post was prior to the API Key being available.
