Splash Page for Cards

It would be great to be able to put up a "splash page" over cards when a datasource is out of date, a beast mode is still being worked on, or something is broken. Users wouldnt be confused when a card disappeared and wouldnt be mislead by incorrect data. Could be a feature for an adminstrator and appear in the card dropdown.
