Large dataset losing data

I've got a dataset that has about 570K rows in it. I've noticed recently that some of the rows are missing...I ran the same query locally and the rows I'm looking for showed up, but downloading the dataset from Domo shows a bunch of rows missing.

 

Am I missing something obvious? I'm not sure if this is some sort of free plan limitation maybe?
