Custom Field from Pipedrive is showing as a number and not text.

I have imported a Deals Dataset from Pipedrive into Domo.  There is a custom field called "Specialty" that I need to report on (create a card with a chart).  When I pull the data over the data is only showing a number as a label and not the name of the actual field.  Ex: A Specialty would be "PCP" or "Internal Medicine".  Those labels are not showing...only a random number.  Any thoughts?  I have attached a screen shot.  As you can see there are numbers on the X Axis and not names of the specialty.
