calculate or label the percentage for each series of grouped bar?

I have two series of bars, one is profits for each department ( TV, Computers, Furniture, etc.) and another series is for inventory value for each department ( TV, Computers, Furniture, etc.). I want to have a bar chart that can show the percentage for each department and series. Anyone can help me with this?
