Add Filter Values That Do Not Yet Exist

Many times we are made aware of a new client or other data change that will be put into effect a week or month in the future. We need to add these values to existing card filters or PDP policies BEFORE they actually exist in the DataSets. Some of these values (like Client identifiers) are used to restrict data for security purposes.

    Any new work done on this since August? We'd like to stay ahead of the database updates instead of playing catch up after data is loaded.
