Zohodesk Integration

We use Zohodesk as Customer Support System. In order to track the agent performance and customer tickets in Domo we would like to know wether there's a way to get the Data directly form Zohodesk as currently we've just seen a Zoho CRM connector.

    Hello,

     

    You're correct in that there is only the Zoho CRM connector so you would need to please contact Domo Support to have them create a new connector for you. To reach them, you would go to https://support.domo.com/ and submit the request.
