Issue with the File Upload connector for Excel files.

Has anyone else had issues with the File Upload connector recently? I went in today to update an excel file which only changes monthly. The dataset has been "Preparing" for going on 20 minutes now with no success in sight. In the past, these updates took less than a minute at the most. HELP!

    Hi @boujee_boolean,

    I would first check to see if the file has grown siginificantly in size. Some other troubleshooting steps I would take here are:

    1.) Re-save the file locally as a copy and then try uploading THAT file

    2.) Create a new dataset an try uploading the file.

     

    You could also try saving the file in a different format, uploading that, and then switching back. That tends to work on some of these!
