Mysql on aliyun can not connect DOMO

the datasource can not update as usual, can you help me fix it ?

    If you are getting errors on a dataset you will have to contact support. If you are a free trial, use the chat feature by clicking the "?" You can chat with a live rep. But it looks like it is working now. If it happens again you may have to follow the directions in the error if it gives you some, if not, contact support.
