Mobile App Login Error

in New to Domo
Hello,
I just had to reset the Domo password for one of our users, but the new credentials do not seem to be working on the Domo mobile app. He entered the same domain, email, and password to get into the desktop version, but the mobile app keeps saying his credentials are invalid. Has anyone else had this issue? Any input would be helpful.

Hi @MichelleH
Have you tried closing out the app and restarting it or rebooting the phone? I might be a caching issue.
