Card Level Interaction Filters
This is a pretty straight forward question.
When interaction filters are enabled on a card does it only work on cards that are running on the same dataset with the interaction enabled?
For example I can 1 card that I want to filter other cards, some cards are on the same dataset, some are not. I thought that similar to page filters as long as both fields were named the same in both datasets and the card was selected to filter then it would work but that doesn't seem to be the case for me.
Just wanting to know if it is possible or not.

As far as I know, card interaction filters only apply to the same dataset. However, page filters can be configured to all datasets on the page with field names that are the same. You may want to consider that as an option, or set up your page as a dashboard and use different slicers as your way to filter all cards on a page.

Hi @Crisocir, you can read more of what Mark referenced regarding card to card filters and slicers here: https://domohelp.domo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042923914-Applying-Page-Level-Filters-with-Filter-Views#6.

Thanks @MarkSnodgrass I figured that was the case. The end user is asking specifically for cards to filter through interaction unfortunately. Thanks @amehdad Thanks for the added information
