Allow for a "Collection-Level Analyzer"

Was have the capability to filter a page with the page-level analyzer, but it would be great to be able to filter at the collection level. I envision having the same page-level analyzer look at feel, but that each "collection-level analyzer," when applied, would onlu filter cards that reside in that individual collection.  (This is a REPOST from tmrichards)
