Expand All / Collapse All - Collections

For pages that have Collections, I would appreciate a button up top near the Wrench menu to expand and collapse all collections - similar to Groupings in Excel. 

I would also like more clarity on whether other users see the same collections expanded or collapsed as I do, as the page owner. I would like to set certain collections to default as expanded, and others to default as collapsed.
