Reverse running total

Does anyone know how to do a reverse running total? Basically I want it to start at thge total and decrease rather than increase to the total.

Re: Reverse running total

Hi Ashleigh,

The process depends on what type of chart you'd like to use. You can create a running total bar graph, a grouped bar graph, and a stacked bar graph and the process is similar for all three.

A Running Total Bar graph requires only two data columns or rows from your DataSet—one for categories and one for values. In the Analyzer, you choose the columns containing the data for your Running Total Stacked Bar graph. Here is the help documentation for creating a Running Total Bar Graph:

Re: Reverse running total

@user090374  I have already made a running total graph but I am trying to get it in reverse. In the image you can see that it increases up to 3 but I want it to start at 3 and go down. I tried sorting but all that did was put the sept dates last, which is sort of what I want but people have to read the graph right to left instead of left to right.
